Broke open the concrete and hand-dug a 20-foot trench from the sidewalk into the property. Removed the old clay pipe and installed new 4-inch cast iron, with a new cleanout and house trap street vent. Permits, backfill, inspection, concrete and cleanup included.
Broke open the garage concrete and dug a 12-foot trench to replace the underground waste line serving the floor drain and laundry sink. New floor drain, new waste line, and a new 3-inch cleanout tied into the main.
Sagging, offset pipe under the crawl space was causing backups. Hand-dug to expose it, replaced about 20 feet of ABS with new vent piping, and re-hung the line properly.
The old heater was leaking badly. Installed a new 40-gallon gas water heater with a new T&P relief valve and drain line, new flex supply lines, a new gas flex line with sediment valve, and repiped the exhaust vent.
Installed a Flo by Moen leak detector and monitor, and reconfigured the 3/4-inch water line to take it. Pressure-checked the system and set the customer up on the app.
