Need a hand, found a bug, or have a question about toDate? You're in the right place. The fastest way to reach a human is email — details are at the bottom of this page.

What is toDate?
toDate is hyperlocal neighborhood intelligence. It keeps you current on what's happening on your block — construction and street work, closures, new openings, what projects typically cost, and the real safety picture — specific to where you actually live.
What data does toDate use?
The information you see is computed from public records — public civic filings from DataSF (San Francisco's open-data portal) and public incident reports from the San Francisco Police Department. With your permission, we use your location to localize what you see to your neighborhood. If you join the waitlist, we store your email to notify you at launch. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
How accurate are the cost figures?
Cost figures are reference ranges computed from public filings in your area — typical ranges for context, not quotes. They're meant to help you understand what a project usually runs near you, not to price a specific job.
Which cities does toDate cover?
We're starting in San Francisco and expanding. Join the waitlist in the app to be first when toDate opens in your area.
How do I report a bug or a problem with the data?
Email us at [email protected] with what you saw and where (a screenshot helps). We read every message and use them to fix issues and improve accuracy.
How do I unsubscribe, or delete my data?
Email [email protected] and we'll remove you from the waitlist and/or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also turn off location access any time in your device settings.
How do I turn location on or off?
Open your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → toDate, and choose the access you're comfortable with. The app still works without it; you just set your area manually.
